Tier 2 Refusals....



There are a range of issues that the Border and Immigration Agency may refuse a licence or withdraw an existing one.

The following are such examples ....

- The performance of a sponsor is reviewable by Border Immigration Agency certificates thus entry clearance or leave to remain on certificate are refused

- Supporting documentation not provided

- falsehood or forged documents are submitted

- sponsor does not meet requirements

- Sponsor has been convicted of an office which posses a risk to UK Immigratuin and not considered spent

- sponsor has been dishonest with BIA and provided false information or has a record of poor compliance under the work permit system

- Practices and procedures that BIA consider of an potential sponsor organisation are not up to a sufficient standard or an insufficient monitoring system.

- A 'B rating' a sponsor may have been issued with a fixed or civil penalty for an offence

- An existing 'B rated Sponosor' is applying for renewal

- A sponsor may have a conviction which questions suitability as a sponsor of benefit fraud.
