Active Immigration Solutions will assist employers in the following areas:

Assist with Sponsorship Registration - from the outset aiming for an A-Rating and given the best quota and review points
Helping in the administration of Sponsor Management System - enabling the keeping of accurate records and update of all relevant information, discrepencies prior to Border and Immigration Agency
Helping issuing certificates of sponsorship on behalf of sponsors - ensuring checks as necessary on documentary evidence available to confirm qualifications work experience; filing supporting documentation ready for inspection as required by BIA
Monitoring BIA inspired compliance area checks providing employer updates and comments
Sending updates to HR Managers, Managers of Sponsored staff that issues are reported to the BIA
Conducting our own random monitoring status checks on sponsored employees - ensuring any reporting omissions or errors made by Managers can rectified expeditiously
Administration of the Sponsor Management System
