Tier 2 Applying for a Licence ....


All businesses, colleges ,organisations and institutions may apply for sponsorship licences.
The applications may be made electronically, and the Sponsors given a rating of A or B
The Liceneces are renewable every four years even if a sponsor continues to employ a non EEA nationals but does not wish to sponsor additional ones.

If the four year licence expires a sponsor will have to submit a wholly new application.

An organisation may apply for Single or multiple licences where the sponsor has several branches as a single entity such as franchises
