Tier 1 (Entrpreneurs) Visa Extension....

Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs) is intended for Applicants who intend to make substantial financial investment in the United Kingdom by starting or assuming control of a UK business.

An Applicant must satisfy

Applicants must have invested or had invested on their behalf a minimum of £200,000 in a UK business

The investment cannot be a director's loan or include the value of residential property

At the time of the extension the Applicant is properly engaged in activity within the business

Have you passed an English Language Test

     equivalent to level C1 of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework for Language Learning
     equivalent to Grade C at GCSE
     equivalent to overall band score of 6.5 on an IELTS test
Are you from a country that is majority English-speaking

    
have earned a bachelors degree or above from a recognized educational institution
