As of 22 February 2010 there are new reponsibilities for Education Providers under Tier 4 (the final phase implementation of Tier 4 of the Points Based System) - issued Visa letters will be oboselete Tier 4 sponsors will be required to use the Sponsorship Management System to issue confirmations of acceptance studies to all potential students irrespective whther they are apply form inside or outside the UK - Reporting via the Sponsorship Management System is now mandatory for students who have used the Confirmations Of Acceptance for Studies in an application for leave - A Tier 4 application must contain confirmations of acceptance studies number - Necessary to provide potential students with Confirmations Of Acceptance for Studies Number and your sponsor licence number and the following : Course title Course start and end date Details of any financial sponsorship/deposits taken Documents that should be included as part of an application to prove qualifications
